You’ll be given easy-to-reference fact sheets about topics such as advertising, mandated reporting, fee setting, recordkeeping . . . and then . . .

We’re going to play a game! To bring the material to life, I’ve devised an interactive process for creating and discussing hypothetical scenarios that raise sticky questions about therapists’ legal and ethical obligations. This will be a very small group in a casual, relaxed setting, with plenty of time for everyone to participate. I’m looking forward to some lively discussion. ​
